Generational Approach
People born between the early 80's and the turn of the century have been called the "Millenial Generation" and "Generation Y." But in its recent article, USA Today dubbed them the "Civic Generation." These are young adults who came of age in the time of 9/11 and Katrina, social networking and community service programs in schools--and they have a civic-minded culture.
